Music at Resurrection
On September 14 the Church of the Resurrection welcomed Katherine Harrington who has joined us as the new organist and piano player for all our services. Katherine is a senior at SUNY Oswego who has played for services in her home church for many years. Please greet and welcome Katherine as she provides excellent music for us during our services. Leon Carapetyan, Music Director (retired) at The Church of the Resurrection
The Great Hall was alive with special choral music during the service on June 1 2008 as choir members past and present honored Leon Carapetyan during a special celebration of the 25 years of music ministry that Leon has provided the Church of the Resurrection. The service was followed by a special reception in honor of Leon. We pay tribute to this dedicated musician and thank him for the wonderful musical contributions that he has provided all of us during the past 25 years.
