Music at Resurrection

Music at Resurrection is an important part of our worship program.  In addition to special music programs, the church integrates a variety of musical offerings into the Sunday service.  While currently there is not a full time choir, a variety of musicians participate in our service.

We welcome our new Church Musician

We are pleased to welcome Wojciech Milewski (pronounced Voyteck) who will be serving as our church musician this year. Originally from Poland, Wojciech moved to New York City when he was young. After graduating from Brooklyn Technical High School in 2006, he enrolled at SUNY Oswego. Wojciech double majored in music and global/international studies, and graduated Summa Cum Laude in May 2011. He studied piano with Robert Auler, clarinet/saxophone with Trevor Jorgensen, and conducting with Juan LaManna.  Wojciech was accepted into NYU's International Politics and Business program for the Fall of 2011, but deferred his acceptance to pursue music. In light of this, he is now taking courses and private lessons to prepare for graduate school in Orchestral Conducting. He is also playing professionally and teaching piano and clarinet privately in the Oswego area.
