COINS FOR EL SALVADOR
January 2009
The Sunday School children gathered with their coin box and all of the coins they collected to cellebrate the grand total of $72.17 which they are sending to the Mission to El Salvador. They also are sending Winter Life in Oswego pages to share their winter experiences with children in El Salvador. Thanks to everyone in the congregation who contributed coins to make this project a success.
Sunday School at Resurrection
The Church of the Resurrection Church School started the new September church school program with great excitment for the children and teachers as they discovered that there Sunday School classrooms had been redecorated in a bright and welcoming manner. There are church school classes for children of all ages. Children attend service with their family and then process to their classes during the first hymn. They enjoy music and activities for the first halve of the service before returning to service for a children's sermon and for Eucharist.
All children are welcome to come to Church School on any Sunday. Please join us soon!
